BHENDI FRY/BHENDI 65/BHENDA KAYA VEPUDU/VENDAKAY FRY

Bhindi Fry or Bhindi 65 Recipe -  This Bhindi Fry recipe is an easy snack like recipe made with Bhindi or Okra (Lady Finger) or Vendakkay or Benda kaya in Telugu It is great as a side dish with the combination of Plain rice orwith plain chapatis or Parathas,Simple to make and all time favorite for Kids


INGREDIENTS:

Bhindi/ Ladies Finger/ Okra - 250 gms
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder - a pinch
Dry Mango  Powder/Aaam Chur powder - 1/2 tsp (can be replaced by lemon salt or lemon juice)
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Gram flour / Besan flour - 2 table spoon
Rice Flour 2 Table spoon
Genger garlic paste 2 tea spoons 
Salt - as per taste
Edible oil  - to deep fry the bhendis

PREPARATION:
clean wash Ladies Finger (bhendi) and wipe them with kitchen tissues.

Method 

1. Cut bhindi horizontally into small pieces 

2. you can also choose to cut them finger size.
3. Sprinkle all the spices one by one on the  okra pieces.











4.Gently mix them so they get uniformly mixed up with the okra.Add Ginger garlic paste 
Now add besan flour and Rice Flour to it and mix them. Do not add water to it at any point.














5. Keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
6. Heat oil in a kadai , in medium flame fry those bhendis until they turn golden brown and crispy.

7.Take them on Tissue sheet (excess oil will be absorbed by tissue)

8.Sprinkle Garam Masal /Chat masala and serve

Note : For best results please cut the Bhendi and store it in Dry place for at least 6-8 hours,by this you wil get crispy fry
