Ingredients:
- 500g mustard greens (sarson)
- 250g spinach (palak)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- In a pan, heat some ghee and add cumin seeds. Let them crackle. 
- Add chopped onion and garlic. Saute until the onions turn translucent. 
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well. 
- Add the cooked greens and mash them with a masher or a blender. Mix well and cook for a few minutes. 
- Add water as required to get the desired consistency. Mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes. 
- Sarson da Saag is ready to serve! Serve hot with some makki ki roti, butter, and a side of pickles.

- Use fresh and tender greens to get the best taste.
- Add green chilies and ginger as per your taste preference.
